Mina Maazi is a UK-based UX/UI and Product Designer with over six years of professional experience designing and leading digital products across FinTech, AI-driven platforms, and complex systems. Her work focuses on transforming intricate technical, regulatory, and business requirements into clear, human-centred, and trustworthy digital experiences. She has led the end-to-end design of products such as financial platforms, transaction systems, dashboards, and user-facing tools deployed in real-world, high-impact environments. Mina’s design approach combines user empathy, strategic thinking, and systems-level clarity. She collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams, contributing to product strategy, UX architecture, and design leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Her work has received international recognition, including Winner awards from the European Product Design Award (EPDA) and DNA Paris, a Bronze A’ Design Award in the UX/UI category, and an Honourable Mention from the International Design Awards (IDA). Her projects have been featured on Designer.org, Innovation Newsroom, and exhibited at the Design Museum. Mina holds a Master’s degree in Design Management from Birmingham City University and is a recognised Practitioner by the World Design Consortium.
